We hope that everyone has recovered from their celebrations and trust that a good time was had by all following our promotion to League One on Saturday.

Everyone at Bristol Rovers Football Club would like to thank all supporters for their backing in what has been a tremendous season.

To be promoted in such dramatic fashion was simply amazing and shared by Gasheads at The Memorial Stadium, Gasheads at home and Gasheads all over the world.

In response to the most asked question since the weekend, we regret that there will be no open top bus tour to celebrate promotion.

We realise that some will be disappointed at this decision but there is a great deal of work to be undertaken this summer as we prepare for life in League 1 and many of our players are departing for well earned breaks in the next few days and it has not been possible to arrange a suitable date for everyone to be involved.
