Bristol Rovers have been drawn at home in the FA Trophy first round against either Gloucester City or Bath City.
Gloucester and Bath played out a goalless draw on Sunday with the reply taking place Tuesday with the winner facing a trip to the Memorial Stadium.
The fixture is scheduled to take place on Saturday 13th December, however, Bristol City are also scheduled to be at home on that day so a date will be agreed shortly and released on our Official website.
Rovers boss Darrell Clarke said “All you wish for in any cup competition is a home draw and we have that.
“The fact that we have been drawn against local opposition means that we can expect a good crowd for this First Round FA Trophy tie.
“We played Bath City and Gloucester in pre-season friendlies, so at least we have some ideas of what we can expect.
“We will be fielding a strong side for the match in a competition we want to do well in, as it has the ultimate prize of the final being played at Wembley.
