What can we expect from our iFollow experience?
iFollow streams will consist of single-camera coverage and commentary from the team at BBC Radio Bristol. Users can select between both home and away commentary on the setting wheel that appears when viewing live video.
In some cases, due to COVID-19 restrictions, the local BBC team may not be able to provide away iFollow commentary in certain areas, this will limit the commentary options to just the home side.
I am a season-ticket holder, will I be sent a code?
Season-Ticket holders are entitled to free iFollow match passes for all home league games. This process has now been streamlined, with Season Ticket holders having all home games automatically added onto their iFollow account, if the same email address was used to set the iFollow account, as we have on our ticketing database. This process will replace the code system used in all home games up to now. Full details on the new process can be found HERE.
This fixture, while home, takes place in the Papa John's Trophy, meaning season-ticket holders will have to purchase a match pass in order to view the game, which can be done so here.
