Annual General Meeting Update

20 December 2021

An update on our Annual General Meeting this evening.

The Club has explored different options for re-arranging the meeting and/or holding it online, but given current government guidance does not prohibit an in-person meeting of this nature and in order to continue to comply with the Club's rules on shareholder meetings we will continue with the meeting to ensure an AGM is held within 2021.

With this in mind, the club would like to advise all shareholders looking to attend the AGM this evening to follow the recommendations in terms of the current pandemic.

Shareholders who have any symptoms should not attending the meeting. We would advise all those looking to attend to take a lateral flow test prior to attendance to ensure that you are currently negative.

Hand sanitiser will be provided and the windows will be open to allow for suitable ventilation.

We all also respectfully ask that all attendees wear masks for the duration of the meeting and where possible stay a safe distance away from other attendees. Due to the current external environment, the Club President Wael Al Qadi will not be attending in person but will be available to answer questions via video link.

If supporters are unable or uncomfortable with attending the meeting, any questions that you would like to put to the board, can be submitted via emails to shareholders@bristolrovers.co.uk and we will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible.
