Ahead of our first home league game this Saturday, we have constructed a matchday guide for supporters, covering a range of topics.
Match Ticket Sales
We advise supporters to purchase tickets at the earliest possible opportunity to minimise queues on a match day. Tickets are on sale on non-matchday's from the club Superstore (10am-4pm) and can also be purchased online.
Print at Home tickets are the easiest way of securing your match ticket. When purchasing via this method you will receive a printable PDF, which when printed becomes your match tickets. Print at home tickets are available until kick-off. Print at home tickets should be printed prior to arrival at the ground, however, these can also be scanned from smartphone, but the success of this depends on things like screen quality, cracks, brightness, size on screen etc. Our team will be on hand to assist with any issues with Print at Home tickets on Saturday.
The matchday ticket office will be open from 10am on Saturday morning and as a one off occasion to help manage demand. Tickets can also be purchased in the the Superstore between 10am and midday on Saturday, to facilitate on the day sales.
Season Ticket Holders
All season ticket holders will receive means of entering the stadium on Saturday.
If you haven't been issued a match ticket in the post by Friday, please contact SeasonTickets@bristolrovers.co.uk (stating your account number)who will arrange for print at home tickets to be sent to you. In order to manage demand, our phone lines will not be manned and requests for tickets will only be manned via this email address.
The Pirate will run as a 32-page edition for league games this season, priced at £2.50. These will be available to purchase at kiosks around the ground and in-store at the club Superstore. These can also be purchased online.
Bar and Kiosks
We are advising supporters to use cashless payments as much as possible - with card terminals now in place at the stadium's bar and refreshment outlets.
There will be a pre-match tribute to all of the supporters that have passed away since our last home league game in front of a crowd. We would urge all supporters to arrive as early as possible and enter the stadium to avoid missing this.
