Following the 2020/21 1883 Draw, we are pleased to announce Somerlap Forest Products Ltd as our West Stand Sponsors...

Somerlap Forest Products Ltd are based in Mark, Somerset and have been producing premium timber fencing, sheds and garden products for the general public and trade customers for almost 40 years.  Somerlap are also one of the Country’s leading pallet suppliers who produce approximately 2 million new and used pallets every year, as well as packing crates.

Somerlap have an extremely friendly and experienced team, which means that they ensure their customers always find the right item for their needs.   As well as selling a vast range of bespoke garden products and fencing, they also stock any required accessories or treatment that may be needed.

Our new West Stand sponsors are an environmentally conscious company and in addition to supplying timber products and pallets, it also provides a pallet recycling service for many of its trade customers, to ensure that nothing is wasted.  Its heating system is run on unusable broken pallets as fuel for their kiln which then provides heating to all the workshops.

The company has remained a family firm since it began in 1981 and its Managing Director Kevin Bond is always delighted to support local sports clubs, charities, and schools wherever possible. In addition to the 1883 Club, Somerlap has supported the charity Stand Against Violence and Wedmore Football Club, as well as many other small local initiatives.

Somerlap’s products can be ordered online, over the telephone on 01278 641671 or by visiting them at their site in Mark, Somerset.

Managing Director, Kevin Bond, is delighted to sponsor the West Stand this season, as Somerlap has taken part in the 1883 Club draw on many previous occasions, and he has been a Gashead for 50 years!

Somerlap Forest Products Ltd will be taking sponsorship of the West stand after they were drawn in our 1883 Draw a few weeks ago.
