The website is an opportunity for children and young people to learn about Bristol, as well as read stories, get art tips, take part in physical activity and competitions as well as lots of other fun activities - to find out more visit the site here.
One of the ideas behind the new website is to ensure every child and young person in Bristol is able to feel safe and be healthy, to have the chance to explore and be curious, and to learn, play and thrive with a positive future to look forward to.
Ben Garner, Bristol Rovers First Team manager said, “Supporting our local community and Bristol council is very important to all of us at Bristol Rovers Football Club. Especially with regards the health and well-being of the city’s kids. For that reason we are delighted to have contributed to the WeAreBristol Kids initiative with some exercises and drills to encourage children to get active, learn some new skills, and most importantly to have fun.”.
