Bristol Rovers F.C is delighted to announce the continued partnership with Utilita for a further season.
The deal will see Utilita feature across both the home and away shirts for the 2020/21 season, with the new kits set to be launched in July.
Founded back in 2003, Utilita Energy is one of the nation's fastest-growing independent energy suppliers – currently powering more than 800,000 UK customers. It’s established itself as a hugely-recognisable brand within British football, having supplied power to a number of iconic stadiums – including Ibrox, Selhurst Park and Villa Park – while partnering with over 20 clubs.
Jem Maidment, Chief Marketing Officer at Utilita, said: “It was an honour to see our logo on Rovers’ iconic blue and white quarters last season and we are thrilled to extend our partnership for at least another season.
“Utilita has a growing presence in Bristol and the south west, and a terrific working relationship with the club, which we know will get stronger when football finally returns to the Memorial Stadium.”
Tom Gorringe, Rovers Commercial Director, said: “We are delighted to expand our partnership with Utilita for a further season.
"We have forged a strong relationship with the energy supplier over the past 12 months, working closely on several exciting projects.
"With the recent events leading to the curtailment of the season, Utilita were keen to communicate to us that they were not seeking a refund for the games that were not played and were swift to agree improved terms to further our partnership.
"Utilita have shown a fantastic commitment to Bristol Rovers and we want to express our gratitude to them, in what is a tough economic climate."
Centre to the new partnership will be Utilita’s Energy High 5 movement, which enables every household to use around £163 less energy each year by making five simple and free changes at home. Anyone can sign up to start saving, without being a Utilita customer. For more information please click HERE.
