Following the recent deadline for supporters to choose a refund option for the games impacted by the curtailment of the season, the Club can today provide an update to fans on the next step of the process.
We are currently collating all the data from the recent survey that was sent to those supporters who were entitled to either a Season Ticket or match ticket refund and have provided an update below based on the refund options that were available.
For the supporters who have opted for the ticketing credit option, you will have to wait until your refund has been credited to your account before using the credit to renew your Season Ticket for the 2020/21 season. Once the credit has been applied to your account, you will receive an email, at this point you will be able to renew your Season Ticket online minus the credit that has been applied. We aim to have this process completed prior to the Season Ticket deadline of Friday, 17th July to enable you to renew at the early bird price.
If you have selected the option to receive your refund in the form of retail vouchers, then you will also receive an email once this has been processed.
If you have chosen to receive your refund in the form of a cash refund, you will soon receive an email with the dates in which these refunds will be processed. Those that have selected this option will be called on the phone number that they provided on the survey, to facilitate their refund over the phone.
Due to the high demand in processing the various forms of refunds, we are asking supporters to refrain from calling the Ticket Office and to only contact if they should have an issue with their Season Ticket renewal.
