With the release of the 2020/21 fixtures on Friday, 21st August, we wanted to clarify the situation regarding booking hospitality in either the Poplar Suite (matchday restaurant) and / or Executive Boxes for the new season.
Initially, we are expecting to have to operate the hospitality areas behind closed doors, before moving to a reduced capacity when the regulations change. As the season progresses, we are hoping to open up more places. It is also more than likely we will have to operate smaller tables for the earlier matches (maximum 4-6 guests).
As a result of the above, current 1883 Club Members will be given first priority on all hospitality bookings on Friday 21st August until Monday 31st August.
We are therefore not currently able to confirm any match by match hospitality packages at this moment in time to anyone who is not an 1883 Club Member. Due to the restrictions we are still facing, seasonal Executive Box Holders, seasonal restaurant guests and current 1883 Club Members will be given priority when the areas are re-opened.
If you have carried over your hospitality package from the 2019/20 season, please be assured we will be in contact as soon as possible to discuss this with you.
Anyone looking to book hospitality for the new season who does not fall into one of the above categories can email firstname.lastname@example.org from Tuesday 1st September where you can be added to a waiting list for the game of choice. Full payment will be required once we can confirm if we are able to accommodate your booking which may rely on restrictions being eased or lifted.
