At Saturday's game, Rovers will be hosting swabbing stations for the 'Marrow For Marley' campaign.
The stations will be housed in the Fan Zone (located near the Memorial Gates), which will be open at midday on Saturday for people to sign up as a donor and will remain open up until kick off.
The process of signing up as a donor will take less than five minutes and the swabbing will take just seconds and by doing this, can save young Marley's life.
On the 23rd July 2018 Marley, who is 6 years old, was diagnosed with a rare life-threatening serious condition called Severe Aplastic Anaemia (SAA) and he needs a Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT).
Aplastic Anaemia is a condition where your bone marrow doesn’t work properly and it doesn’ produce enough blood cells that your body needs.
The 'Marrow for Marley' campaign aim is to find for a matching donor for Marley and since its origin, they have recruited 30,000+ people.
