We are pleased to inform supporters of improvements to the online booking system for match tickets.
The Club has been working throughout the summer with ticket provider, Tickets.com, to offer supporters an enhanced and fully device responsive service when purchasing match tickets, based on the feedback received from both the fan's survey and fan's forum event last week.
Booking tickets online for matches at the Memorial Stadium remains the simplest way of purchasing tickets, allowing supporters to choose a variety of delivery options, including the ‘Print@Home’ option that was introduced last season. In a further update, supporters will now be able to login into their online account and show their ticket as a digital ticket on their phone for entry. To help with match day queues we are also now offering fans the option to buy tickets until two hours before kick-off with both Print@Home and Digital Delivery options available for speedy stadium entry.
The new online ticket portal is much easier to navigate on mobile devices and tablets, offering services such as an interactive seat map and the option to filter match tickets by cost and availability.
Changes made will also now enable season ticket holders to purchase tickets for away games online prior to the general sale window. Work is in progress in the background to add friends and family feature so supporters can purchase tickets in bulk together for away games when travelling as a group.
Supporters who have existing accounts to use the online booking system will still be able to use the same email address and password to login enabling access to manage their account and purchase tickets on the new platform.
Both of our home pre-season fixtures are available to purchase online, as well as all home Sky Bet League One fixtures up until the end of September. Supporters can also purchase 2019/20 Season Tickets via the new online booking site.
The Club is also exploring the options to reintroduce 'Flexi Tickets', as a way of purchasing multiple matches throughout the 2019/20 campaign.
