Following the sad passing of the club's longest standing fan Kitty Thorne, her family have invited fellow supporters to attend her funeral on Tuesday 29th of January.
The service will begin at 12.15pm and take place at Wesley Road Methodist Church, Newtown, Trowbridge, BA14 0AX - there is a car park opposite the church on Wesley Road.
The family have kindly asked non-relatives to refrain from buying flowers and to instead make donations to St John's Honeypot Daycare Centre, Action for Children.
They have also requested for no one to wear black and have encouraged attendees to sport their Rovers shirts.
There will be refreshments for all in the church following the service, however only family and close friends will be permitted in the crematorium.
Kitty's support for Rovers began in 1954 and she continually followed the club with consistency and loyalty right up until now.
Her journey backing The Gas varies from attending games via steam train many years ago, to taking up her seat in the West Stand at the Mem in recent times, from which she will be sorely missed.
She also won the Supporter of the Year award last season for her dedication to Rovers over the years.
