The Second Round fixture comes after Rovers finished top of their Leasing.com Trophy group, beating Chelsea's U21s and Swindon Town at the Mem to progress in the competition.

Opposition: Wednesday's opponents are without a win in seven outings - a run that stretches back until mid-October. The O's head to the Mem fresh, having not played on the weekend, with their last game being a 4-2 defeat to Forest Green Rovers on Nov 23rd. Ross Embleton is currently in charge of Orient on an interim basis - with the club sitting towards the bottom half of Sky Bet League Two. Josh Wright is currently Orient's top scorer - with six goals to his name so far this term.
