Our weekly recap of the Rovers players in action while on loan over the weekend.
Deon Moore continued his streak of regular appearances for his loan side Billericay town in a BBC Essex Senior Cup game, played on Monday night. He played 89 minutes of the game against Basildon United, where his side emerged as 1-0 victors, progressing to the quarter-finals of the competition.
Billericay Town did also have a weekend fixture scheduled against Havant & Waterlooville but this was sadly postponed due to the pitch.
After his move to North Leigh was confirmed at the end of November, Scott Isherwood came on for the last 18 minutes of his side's 4-2 home victory over Barton Rovers, North Leigh's first home win since the August Bank Holiday. He then went on to start in his side's Tuesday night fixture against Yaxley, where they drew 1-1.
Theo Widdrington continued his run in the Welling United team, playing the full 90' of his side's 2-0 Dorking Wanderers FC on Saturday.
Gavin Reilly played a full second half for Cheltenham Town, as they, unfortunately, crashed out of the FA Cup at home to fellow League Two side Port Vale.
Bernard Mensah had a topsy-turvy week with his side Maidenhead United, starting with his seven-minute run-out for the Magpies against the top of the league, Barrow. His side lost the game heavily, 4-0. However, Tuesday night brought the opposite result for his side, as he started in their Berks & Bucks FA Cup tie against Binfield FC. This time they emerged as victors by the same scoreline as the weekend, winning 4-0.
