Appeal for Information

31 May 2017

We understand that police have launched an appeal to help identify so called supporters of Bristol Rovers and Shrewsbury Town who were involved in an incident away from the Memorial Stadium when the two sides met, on Saturday 1st April 2017.

Bristol Rovers welcomes such investigations and we work closely with the authorities to rid the sport of these so called fans.

There is no place at the Memorial Stadium for these people as they tarnish the good name of the club and also do nothing to enhance our name as a family club who are inclusive and seek to attract decent law abiding fans.

If any supporters have information they wish to be passed on to the police authorities, please contact club safety officer Dave Parker in the first instance, who can be contacted at daveparker@bristolrovers.co.uk.
