Earlier today Rovers announced the signing of midfielder Liam Sercombe for an undisclosed fee.
The twenty-seven-year-old midfielder joins Rovers from fellow League One outfit Oxford United, where he made over seventy appearances during a two-season spell at the Kassam Stadium.
Originally from Exeter, it was at St James Park where the midfielder made his break, playing nearly two-hundred-and-fifty games between 2007 and 2015, helping Exeter City achieve back-to-back promotions to League One during his spell at the Club.
