ANNUAL REMEMBRANCE DAY SERVICE TO TAKE PLACE AT THE MEM

This Friday [11th November] Bristol Rovers will be holding their annual Remembrance Day service at the Memorial Gates.

A few words of remembrance will be spoken in memory of those who lost their lives during World War I, World War II and other conflicts.

Manager Darrell Clarke and the rest of the Rovers squad will be in attendance, as a brief ceremony will held to mark the eleventh hour of the eleventh day of the eleventh month.

Rovers official Remembrance fixture will be the home game against MK Dons at the Memorial Stadium on Saturday 19th November where the whole squad will wear poppies on their shirts for the game.

In addition, to raise funds for The Royal British Legion, the club will be auctioning off a signed Bristol Rovers poppy shirt.

Further updates regarding events at the Memorial Stadium on the 19th November will be released closer to the time.
