Take a look at the potential threats in the ranks of Saturday's visitors to the Mem, AFC Wimbledon.

Dominic Poleon - Striker

A summer signing from Oldham Athletic, the forward, who can also play as a winger, is the Dons leading goalscorer this campaign, with twelve goals to his name.

After beginning his career in the youth departments of Chelsea and then Southend United, it was a move to Leeds United that resulted in the striker getting a first taste of first-team football, making his debut during a League Cup tie against Shrewsbury at the start of the 2012/13 season.

During his spell at Leeds, the forward experienced loan moves at both Bury and Sheffield United, before making a permanent switch to Oldham Athletic in 2014.

A two-season spell at Oldham meant the striker made over sixty appearances for the club, before being signed by Neal Ardley in the summer.

As of late, the striker has just one goal during the month of December.

Tom Elliot - Striker

A former England youth player, the twenty-six-year-old striker has nine goals to his name this season, his last goal coming in the Don's 4-0 victory over Port Vale.

Starting his career at his hometown club of Leeds United, the striker progressed through the academy to make his first-team debut under Dennis Wise at the age of just sixteen.

After signing professional terms at Elland Road, the forward has loan spells at Macclesfield, Bury and Rotherham United, before signing for Hamilton Academical on a short-term deal in January 2011.

After a brief stint in Scotland, Elliot joined Stockport County for the 2011/12 season and finished the season as the joint-leading goalscorer, with eight goals over the course of the season.

After rejecting the opportunity to stay with Stockport, the striker joined Cambridge United in May 2012 and made over seventy-five appearances, scoring just under thirty goals.

The striker joined AFC Wimbledon in July 2015 and was part of Don's team that won promotion for SkyBet League Two last season.

Paul Robinson - Defender

An experienced defender, the thirty-four-year-old defender has over four-hundred Football League appearances under his belt.

Starting out at Millwall, the defender made his debut in September 2002 and progressed to eventually skipper the Lions, during over three-hundred appearances for the South-London club.

At the start of the 2014/15 season, Robinson joined Portsmouth on loan, a move that was eventually made permanent, with the defender spending the entirety of that campaign at Fratton Park.

Following his contract at Portsmouth being mutually terminated, the defender headed back to London to join AFC Wimbledon in August 2015, following a successful trail period.

The defender was a regular feature for AFC Wimbledon in their successful promotion campaign last season, making over fifty appearances during the 2015/16 season.
