ROVERS NAME STRONG SIDE TO TAKE ON READING THIS EVENING

Bristol Rovers boss Darrell Clarke has named a strong side to take on Reading this evening in the Checkatrade Trophy.

Only five players remain in the starting 11 from the side that started Saturday's abandoned game with Swindon Town as Kelle Roos, Daniel Leadbitter, Lee Brown, James Clarke and Stuart Sinclair retain their places.

Mark McChrystal returns to skipper the side along with Liam Lawrence, Jermaine Easter, Cristian Montano, Billy Bodin and Rory Gaffney come into the starting 11.

Rovers: Kelle Roos; Daniel Leadbitter, James Clarke, Mark McChrystal (C), Lee Brown; Billy Bodin, Liam Lawrence, Stuart Sinclair, Cristian Montano; Jermaine Easter, Rory Gaffney.

Substitutes: Steve Mildenhall (GK), Peter Hartley, Ollie Clarke, Chris Lines, Ryan Broom, Matty Taylor, Luke James.
