We still have a few places left on our free men's Health Programme starting tomorrow night.

Our next 10 week cohort is due to start this week on Wednesday 20th April from 7-9 pm. Each of the sessions are in two parts.

The first hour takes place in the Study Centre underneath the DriBuild Stand at the Memorial Stadium. This first hour covers the educational component of the programme where we look at subjects such as exercise, diet, healthy eating, heart health, alcohol and mental health.

The second hour then takes place at Horfield Parish Church hall just off Gloucester Road. This is the physical activity part of the session and will be matched to your individual needs and requirements. This is designed to be a fun engaging session where we aim to gently increase your heart rate and activity levels.

For each session we suggest you bring clothing in which you can undertake light supervised exercise such as jogging bottoms and a T Shirt. Session 1 will be introducing you to the programme and taking some basic measurements such as height, weight and blood pressure to ensure the course is specific to your particular needs.

We understand that undertaking a new programme can be a daunting challenge but please be assured that you will all be made to feel at ease with a welcoming and relaxed environment.
