There appears to be an increasing problem with smoke bombs being released on the terraces at home and away fixtures and the club has again been reported to the F.A. following incidents at Northampton.

Supporters are reminded that these devices are not allowed inside the stadium under any circumstances and, apart from the danger posed to persons nearby, they are also a hazard to anyone who suffers with breathing difficulties.

Safety Officer, Dave Harper, states “It is a stupid and dangerous practice to use these devices and you can rest assured that anyone found attempting to get them into the ground or caught on CCTV using them will be subject to a long ban from the Memorial Stadium”

If any true fan sees anything which would help in identifying the culprits please report it to the nearest supervisory steward on a match day or contact Dave Harper at the stadium on 0117 9524046
