Create your own t-shirt design to sell in the club shopBristol Rovers have come up with a novel way of involving supporters in designing a range of leisurewear.
As a starting point, a monthly T-Shirt design competition will run from November – April. Supporters are asked to submit a design for a T-shirt and the best, in the opinion of a panel of judges, will be printed and sold in the club shop as official Bristol Rovers merchandise.
The supporter who comes up with the winning design will be presented with one of his/her T-Shirts, signed by the Bristol Rovers squad, on the pitch at a future home game.
Speaking of this new innovation, Director Barry Bradshaw said; “We are aware that we have a number of very talented supporters and would like to harness those talents.
“We felt that this simple idea would be a good way of beginning the process and we hope that, in time, we will work with supporters on a number of other projects. We see this initiative as a starting point and trust that it will be embraced by those gifted designers amongst our fan base.
“We are currently in the process of discussing ways in which we can introduce a new range of products that will complement our current stock.”
Anyone wishing to submit a T-Shirt design should submit their designs via the clubs Official Facebook & Twitter pages or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org by Tuesday 17th November and the winning design for November will be presented to the winning entrant at our home game on Tuesday 1st December.
The winner will also receive two complimentary tickets for this game, against Wycombe Wanderers and all designs not selected for November will be carried over into December.
