One of them, Scott, is heading to London from Australia and has been in touch regarding his journey to see The Pirates take on The Mariners.
This is what Scott had to say by way of introduction; “My name is Scott, I am a 30 year old father of two, who lives in Canberra, Australia and I'm a Gashead!
“I have been a Rovers fan from a very young age, from the time my Dad bought me my first kit as a five year old, until this day and forever.
“My son, Jacob, who is two, is a little Gashead and he already has every home kit since his birth! He loves the badge and always wants to wear his Rovers shirt - we can't get it off him! Sometimes he wears more than one Rovers shirt at once!
“The first game I remember going to was as a six year old, at Wembley, for the Leyland Daf final in 1990. Unfortunately there were tears before bedtime after the 2-1 defeat to Tranmere. However the day out was fantastic and if I wasn't hooked before I surely was now.
“I was also at the Play Off final in 1995 and the double final season of 2007 in Cardiff and London (it was amazing to see the Gas win at Wembley).
Just because I now live in Australia doesn't mean I was going to miss the game on the 17th May - how could I?
“My flights are booked and thanks to a good friend (who is traveling back from his holiday in Belgium, for the final, before heading back to Belgium at the final whistle!) my ticket will be sorted when they come on sale.
“I moved to Australia with my partner and young family in 2012 and I'd never have thought I would be heading home so soon to watch the team I love play for a place back in the League.
“It's testament to Darrell Clarke and the way he has the boys playing - there is pride in the shirt again!”

As a postscript, Scott says; “Just to let you know See Tickets initially sold me, and the other 11 guys who I will be at Wembley with, tickets in row three of tier one at Wembley.
“After contacting them and telling them my story they moved us to the best seats in the house; Tier Two, Block 227 Row Six! Really great service and gesture from them.”
