Rally cry from the Chairman.

I am sure I speak for us all when I say how hugely disappointed I was with Tuesday night's result.

It is hard to put into words exactly what is going wrong for us at the moment, we have been plagued by injury and bad luck, but that cannot be used as an excuse.

We have tried to bring in loan players to bolster the squad, and although the two current loanees have made a positive impact on the side, we have still not been able to pick up the win we so desperately crave.

All I can do is assure you that everyone connected with the club will work hard and do everything they can to try and put things right and turn this around.

We know it is not easy at the moment, but we would ask you to bear with us.

The Bristol's Not Trash campaign, fronted by Charlotte Leslie is gaining momentum, with over 2,300 people signed up to the online petition.

Last weekend the Supporter's Club produced hard copies of the petition which were handed around before the game, and they collected over 1,000 signatures.

We will be doing the same at today's game, so make sure you have signed up if you are yet to do so, and encourage all your friends and family to do the same.

Charlotte Leslie will be making an appearance at half time tomorrow, to further promote the campaign, and I would encourage anyone who has an interest in the future of Bristol, and moving this great city forward, to make sure they sign the petition.

This is not just about getting a new stadium, it is about allowing Bristol to make the progress it deserves.

We have another tough test against Chesterfield tomorrow. Your support has been fantastic so far this season despite the disappointments, and I hope for more of the same tomorrow.

We are all in this together; supporters, players, directors and staff, and we all have the common goal of wanting Bristol Rovers to succeed.

If we all continue to pull together in the right direction, then it will not be long before we start moving things in the right direction.

As I have said before, this club is nothing without you the supporters and I hope that we can get the win we all deserve on Saturday.
