A big thanks to Farrington Park.

The Bristol Rovers golf day was held at the Farrington Park and Country Club on Wednesday.

The popular event attracted 20 teams ranging from corporate sponsors and businesses, to ordinary supporters and keen golfers.

The winning team was Irene the Gorilla featuring Bristol Rovers' Academy Manager Tom Curtis.

There were also prizes for nearest the pin and spot prizes given out by manager John Ward throughout the day.

The day also raised almost £500 for St Peter's Hospice, thanks to a charity hole which saw golfers pay to take part in a competition to get their ball on to the green on the fifth.

Everyone at the club would like to thank the staff at Farrington Park for hosting such a successful day.
