Information from the SoS

I am sure like me you were disappointed by the result on Saturday, but with games coming thick and fast at the moment, I think the last two fantastic results must have taken a little bit too much out of the players.

Now we must get behind John and the team for the two important games this week.

We appreciate that it is still a tough time financially for many people, so as we have so many games in March we have decided to run another couple of tickets offers, as a way of saying thank you for your fantastic support.

We are slashing prices across the stadium for the Rochdale game, and then for the York match we are running an Easter special ‘Quid a Kid’ offer. Having the Mem packed out really does lift the team and help them perform to their full potential, so your support continues to be vital to us.
We have received a communication from the Secretary of State’s department and they have informed us that they expect to make a decision on the Sainsbury’s application by the end of the month.

They also stated that they need no further comments from our fans, so I would ask that you now all stop the emails and calls as this will now prove to be counterproductive.

Thank you for all your help with this so far, we will keep you updated as soon as we received any further information.

Finally, everyone at the club was very sad to hear that Nathanael lost his brave fight and passed away on Friday.

His story touched the hearts of many Gasheads on the Fans Forum and I was privileged to meet some of his close friends who are cycling over 1000 miles in Nathanael’s memory to raise money for the Brain Tumour Charity.

Our thoughts are with all of Nathanael’s friends and family at this sad time.
