Rovers looking for new member of staff

Due to the current holder taking up a senior position with the Football League, Bristol Rovers Football Club are now looking to appoint an Academy Manger with full overall responsibility for the management and operations of the Academy
Whilst the post will have some coaching elements the main focus will be on administrative management , organisation  and implementation of the Academy’s Coaching and development programme across all age groups from 8 – 18. Budget management and control will be key in liaison with the Board of Directors.
The successful candidate will already have the UEFA A Licence, Safeguarding and Medical qualifications, the Academy Managers Licence and either the A1 / A2 or V1 / V2 Assessor certificates.
A Higher Education qualification and experience of managing and delivering a youth development programme would be desirable.

The closing date for applications will be Wednesday  23rd August 2012 with potential interviews being held the following week.
