Match Preview - Plymouth v Rovers

The Gas Take a Trip to the Table-Toppers

24 April 2023

Rovers travel to Devon tomorrow night to take on league leaders Plymouth Argyle at Home Park (kick-off 7.45pm).

Newly-crowned League One Player of the Season Aaron Collins will be pitting his wits against the team that has led the pack for the majority of the campaign.

It will be the fourth time the sides have faced each other this season, after two cup ties and an entertaining 2-2 draw at The Memorial Stadium in October.

Manager Preview

View From the Opposition

Plymouth boss Steven Schumacher said: "We can't get too excited because we have got to plan for another tough game now against Bristol Rovers, but the fans should do, they should be dreaming of us getting to the Championship.

"I hope they are enjoying what they see, and I'm sure they are. We have got another two games here at home, hopefully, we can keep performing to the level that we have and get two more wins. If we can get them we know that will be enough, but we know we are going to have to work really hard if we are going to get anything from Bristol Rovers."
