The Gas face an away trip to Milton Keynes on New Year's Day...

Rovers travel to Milton Keynes to begin their 2020 footballing endeavors, hoping to build on a well-earnt draw away at Fleetwood Town.

The away form displayed by the Gas this season has been very positive, with their last loss on the road coming as long ago as mid-October.

They now face a Milton Keynes side locked in a relegation battle this season.

Opposition: MK Dons sit just inside the relegation zone coming into this game, in 21st place, level on points with Tranmere Rovers, with both sides on 21 points. However, despite the Dons' low position in the table, they've experienced an upturn in form, beating Oxford United and Portsmouth in recent weeks. Former player Russell Martin was given the role of manager after Paul Tisdale was sacked in November, this will be his first time facing the Gas as a manager.
