Bristol Rovers have today extended the stays of all four of their current loan players.
Aaron Downes, Cian Bolger and Andy Dorman will all stay with Rovers until the end of the season, while goalkeeper Michael Poke will spend another month at the Memorial Stadium.
Manager Mark McGhee said: "I am always very careful with loans, but I had no hesitation to keep these players here, as I have seen absolute commitment from them.
"Michael Poke and Aaron Downes have come in and been very vocal, although they are new to the squad they have been man enough to come here to stand up and be counted."
Dorman, 29, started his senior career in America playing from MLS side New England Revolution.
Drafted 58th in the 2004 MLS draw, he went on to make 117 appearances between 2004 and 2007.
In 2007 he left the MLS to join St Mirren, and during his three year spell there he received interest from a number of clubs.
In 2010 he joined Crystal Palace on a three year deal, and played 23 times for the Championship side last year.
Dorman has been capped for Wales three times, with his debut coming in May 2010 against Croatia.
Australian Aaron Downes, 26, joined Chesterfield in 2004 after having trials at Bolton and spending a short time at Frickley Athletic.
Before moving to England he was a player at the Australian Institute of Sport and played in most of Australia's 2008 Olympic qualifying matches.
Downes, who is 6ft 1in, has suffered with a few injuries problems, but is now back to full fitness and has made 10 appearances for Chesterfield this season.
Cian first joined Rovers on an initial one month loan in January of last year.
The 6ft 4in defender then extended his loan for another month, before returning to Leicester in March.
He then found himself back at the Memorial Stadium signing a six month loan deal in the summer.
Poke, 26, joined Brighton in the summer of 2010 from Southampton - where he started his career.
While at Southampton, he had a number of loan spells at Torquay between 2008 and 2010, where he worked with Rovers manager Paul Buckle.
While there, the 6ft 1in stopper helped Torquay to gain promotion to League Two via the play offs in 2009.
Chairman Nick Higgs said: "I am delighted that Andy, Cian and Aaron will be staying at the Memorial Stadium until the end of the season, and that Michael will be spending an extra month with us.
"All four players have helped to give some much needed stability to the team and allowed us to put out a more consistent side.
"Michael and Aaron are both very vocal, which has clearly helped us to keep clean sheets in our last two games."
