Opus Recruitment Solutions will be Bristol Rovers' home shirt sponsors for next season.
The recruitment company, was the first business to be pulled out of the velvet bag at this afternoon's shirt sponsorship draw.
New manager Mark McGhee then drew CR Windows as the away shirt sponsor.
Third prize - home and away short sponsorship for the 20112/13 season - went to Workplace.
Home shirt sponsors Opus are a young, vibrant specialist IT recruitment solutions consultancy based in Bristol.
Director Nigel Ramana hopes that the exposure from the sponsorship will help the company grow even further.
He said: "We are genuinely excited. The company has been going for a few years now and is made up of people who grew up with Bristol Rovers.
"A lot of our staff are here every week, so it will be nice to be here in an official capacity.
"We entered last year and made good use of the hospitality, and this year we have managed to win the top prize.
"This exposure is going to make a massive difference to us as we continue to grow."
Away shirt sponsors CR Windows have been entering the draw since it first started, and MD Dean Lancaster was delighted to hear the company name pulled out of the hat.
The company has been going for 35 years and is already a household name across Bristol.
Dean has been coming to watch Rovers since he was a child growing up in Staple Hill.
He said: "I have always wanted to win the away shirt, as I think our logo will look better on a darker background, so even though it was the second prize, it is first prize to me.
"We have a history of sponsorship with Bristol Rovers and we hope this opportunity will raise our profile in Bristol and the surrounding area."
Goldring Yates took fourth prize - an elevated advertising board at the Memorial Stadium, and Thule were drawn fifth and receive a programme advert for the 2012/13 season.
The draw was open to all members of the 1883 Sponsors Club - each member received a free entry.
The draw appealed to a wide cross section of people, attracting attention from large national businesses such as Thatchers Cider right through to small local companies including The Sportsman pub.
Previous winners including SH&P, Guitarbitz, and ITS all took part again this season, and the Bristol Rovers directors bought an entry on behalf of St Peters Hospice.
Director Barry Bradshaw said: "I would like to thank everyone who has supported the club by entering this draw.
"It has been another tremendous response considering we are living in such difficult times.
"We really appreciate the support, and look forward to working with all the companies who were successful, and welcoming all the other companies when they take their hospitality with us."
Representatives from each company were invited to watch the draw, and were each given their own draw cube to put into the velvet bag.
The five big winners were obviously delighted, but no one goes away empty handed. Everyone who entered the 1883 Sponsors Club will receive a table for 10 in hospitality and a signed football.
