The 3rd Orchard School Cluster Primary Football League season finished yesterday afternoon in very cold conditions, but that did not deter the 50+ primary schoolchildren taking part, as the competition proved to be very successful and entertaining for all involved.
Fonthill joined the league for the second and third weeks at Orchard School (formerly Monks Park) on the all-weather astro turf pitch. Each school played 8 matches against each other over the 3 weeks.
Horfield CofE were this season's League Winners, just ahead of Runners Up Lockleaze.

Although the three weeks were played on some very cold afternoons, the football on offer proved very entertaining and it was great to see so many youngsters enjoying playing football.
