NEW PROGRAMME FEATURE
Fans are being asked to contribute to a brand new section of the Bristol Rovers match day programme.
The Fanzone page, which was introduced last year. has proved extremely popular and we have decided to expand it to feature a short fan interview.
At least one fan will be featured each week, revealing some of their favourite Rovers memories.
To take part we would need you to send us an email with your name, where you are from and a photograph, plus the answer to the following questions:
1) Why do you support Bristol Rovers?
2) What was your first Bristol Rovers game? What do you remember about it?
3) Who is your all-time favourite Rovers player and why?
4) Where abouts do you watch the game from and what is the atmosphere like?
5) What are your predictions for this season?
We are also encouraging fans to keep sending in photos and dedications for the main Fanzone section.
It is the perfect place for Gasheads to help friends and loved ones celebrate a range of special occasions, including birthdays, anniversaries and births.
Fans can also send in pictures of themselves wearing their Rovers shirts on holiday or in front of famous land marks.
For our first programme of the season we would especially like to see some pictures from those of you who took your Rovers shirt on your summer holidays.
Print deadlines will mean that items for a Saturday programme should reach us no later than the previous Tuesday lunchtime, and items for a Tuesday night match will need to be with us the previous Thursday.
Anyone who would like to contribute a dedication or a photograph should email kirstypugh@bristolrovers.co.uk or write to Kirsty Pugh, The Memorial Stadium, Filton Avenue, Horfield, Bristol, BS7 0BF.
