The Bristol Rovers Supporters Club social committee are holding a fifties celebration night  on Friday to mark the club's 125th anniversary.

The evening will include a range of highlights from the club's halcyon days in the 1950's under Bert Tann.

There will be rare footage, including; Geoff Bradford in action for England, Rovers v Newcastle, the famous 4-3 victory at Ashton Gate, Eastville Ernie and many more classic highlights.

Several Gas legends have also been invited to talk about their memories of the fabulous Fifties.

The evening kicks off at 7.45pm at the Memorial Stadium.

Admission is free.
