Paul Trollope says three points against Huddersfield Town tomorrow afternoon would end a very good week.

Rovers go into the game having won back-to-back matches, and having climbed to within just five places of the League One play-off places.

"The aim is to go there and win, that would make for a very good week," Paul told bristolrovers.co.uk, "Training has been good, the attitudes of the players has been fantastic, and we're going there with the intention of producing another good away display and coming away with a result.

"We're in a positive frame of mind, and the players are focused on what we need to do. On the road we feel we haven't been too bad this season, and although we've had a couple of defeats, a lot of our play has been good and there have been a number of plus points.

"In our last away game against Colchester we produced a very good footballing display, we were solid when we needed to be, but we were also a threat going forward. We're looking for a repeat of that, and we're confident we'll produce it."

Rovers have never won at the Galpharm Stadium, and have a poor league record against Huddersfield in recent decades.

"We went to Colchester and won there, so let's hope we can make this another first," said Paul, "It's a fantastic stadium at Huddersfield, and a big pitch as well, so we're looking forward to it.

"They've spent big money and they've added some quality to the squad, so we're expecting a tough game. But there's a bit of confidence about us now, and that is crucial going forward if we want to be ready for the challenges ahead."

Rovers welcome Joe Jacobson back into the fold, fresh from his Welsh Under 21 performance against England in the week.

"Joe was thrust into a centre half role on Tuesday, and he played very well," said Paul, "He came through the full 90 minutes against very good opposition, and that was a boost for us.

"It shows Joe's versatility, and with two centre halves out injured and the other two in the team, it's good to have someone like Joe in the building."
