WE NEED TO SORT IT OUT - LAMBERT
Rickie Lambert says Rovers need to sort themselves out sooner rather than later.
The Pirates have lost four consecutive league and cup games and have been shipping in goals for fun over recent weeks.
"We've got to stop giving ourselves mountains to climb in games," Rickie told bristolrovers.co.uk, "It's so frustrating, and we've got to sort it out sooner rather than later.
"We know we are a good team, we showed that yesterday after going two down, but it's not good enough to only start playing then.
"When they're 2-0 up they're bound to sit back, and it makes it so much harder for us."
Rovers have been 2-0 down in every game they've played throughout September, and travel to Yeovil Town on Saturday looking to turn things around.
"We've got to stop giving goals away so easily," said Rickie, "When we play like we did in the second half against Cheltenham then we're a different team.
"Confidence does get knocked a little bit when you keep losing games, but the lads are fully confident we can turn this around.
"It's a massive game for both clubs, we know things haven't been the best for us lately and we have to go there fighting. We need at least a draw, but we must go there looking for all three points.
"Things are a bit disappointing at the moment, but a good result on Saturday will make things a little bit better."
