ROVERS FEATURE ON SOCCER NIGHT

Posted on: Wed 21 Nov 2007

Rovers' stadium general manager Ian Holtby makes a star appearance on ITV West's Soccer Night programme tomorrow night.

The cameras followed Ian behind the scenes in the build-up to last Saturday's home game against Millwall to discover just what goes on to get the Memorial Stadium ready for a big game.

From checking for safety hazards, liaising with the groundsman and inspecting the dressing rooms to checking that the chef has cooked enough roast beef and even cracking jokes to the guests in corporate hospitality.

This week's studio guests include Swindon's former City player Christian Roberts who will be looking ahead to Saturday's derby match with Rovers at The County Ground.

Soccer Night is on ITV1 tomorrow night at 11:05pm
