With 22 different rooms and spaces for hire and the highest quality in-house catering, the Memorial Stadium can provide for groups from ten to 250 and offer a range of flexible facilities both for matchday and non-matchday hospitality.
We have free car parking for up to 400 cars and is easily accessible from the M5 and M32, so even the biggest conference or exhibition presents no logistical problem.

Facilities are available whenever you choose on non-matchdays, including sole occupancy of the stadium if that suits. Book by the hour, half day, full day or evening.
Uplands Suite
Total capacity 200 or 160 guests seated. Has a bar and wide choice of catering and room layouts.
Executive Suite
Each of the Memorial Stadium's 18 suites accommodates 15 guests with balconies and a view over the pitch.
Bristol Room
Total capacity 180 or 160 guests seated. Has a bar, dance floor and late licence.
Memorial Room
Total capacity 150. Has a bar and giant screen.
Executive Lounge
Total capacity 75 or 40 guests seated. Comfortable space overlooking the pitch.
IT Suite
The custom designed suite in the Centenary Stand consists of 20 networked Hewlett Packard workstations with internet access. Facilities also include scanners plus colour laser printers.

There are a number of set matchday hospitality and sponsorship packages with fixed prices, available on a first-come first-served basis throughout the season.
This season matches will be graded into three different price brackets:
GRADE A: Sheffield Wednesday, Plymouth and Southampton
GRADE B: Charlton, Exeter, Swindon and Yeovil.
GRADE C: All other League One matches.
Matchday Mascot
A great birthday treat for a young Gashead in the family - an unforgetable once in a lifetime matchday experience. The cost is Grade A: £300 plus VAT, Grade B: £275 plus VAT and Grade C: £250 plus VAT.
The package includes:

- Tickets to the game for four people in the Uplands Stand

Corporate Hospitality
Enjoy any home game in style with a three-course meal before the match, and the best seats in the house. The cost is Grade A: £85 plus VAT, Grade B: £70 plus VAT and Grade C: £55 plus VAT. Discounts are available for season ticket holders and juveniles.

DAS Stand Hospitality Packages
Want to celebrate a special occasion in style? Then why not treat yourself to a personalised hospitality box package at the Memorial Stadium.
Whether it is a birthday, business function, or just a special day out with friends, you can now hire your own private Hospitality Box to wine and dine and watch the match in style.
From only £60 per person you can choose a package tailored especially for you.
Our Gold package, for up to 12 people, features a private box with a superb finger buffet, TV, mini-bar, free tea and coffee and personal service throughout.
The Platinum package includes a fantastic two-course, hot buffet lunch, followed by grandstand views of the game. Platinum guests can also enjoy a courtesy visit from a Rovers Director, and will receive a mention in the matchday programme and over the stadium PA system.
There are also a range of ideas to make your day out even more special. These include a visit from a player, a signed shirt, a dressing room tour, a celebration cake and a group photograph.
