Luton Town 0-1 Bristol Rovers

Stuart Sinclair's 94th minute winner was the difference between the two sides in a game that Rovers controlled.
Darrell Clarke made one change to the side that beat Yeovil Town on Saturday, promoting Jermaine Easter into the starting 11 at the expense of Matty Taylor who takes a place among the substitutes.
Both teams started the game at a frantic pace but it was Luton who had the first effort goalwards when Paul Benson squared the ball to Paddy McCourt who drilled his shot wide of Aaron Chapman's right hand post.
Rovers had their first chance a few moments later as Ellis Harrison picked up the ball on the Rovers right, whipped a cross into the Luton penalty area. Hatters skipper Stephen McNulty cleared the ball but only to Ollie Clarke who struck wide.
Minutes later, Luton were lucky to not be reduced to ten men as Luke Wilkinson appeared to bring down Daniel Leadbitter as the Rovers wingback advanced through onto goal. However, referee Trevor Kettle only gave Wilkinson a yellow and Rovers a free kick which Lee Brown hit into the wall.
In what was a positive first half for Rovers, Darrell Clarke's men continued to press and following some fantastic hold up play from Ellis Harrison the young Welshman squared the ball to Chris Lines who scuffed his shot wide under heavy pressure from the Luton rearguard.
The men in blue and white continued to press looking for that all important opener as a Chris Lines corner found its way out to Lee Brown on the Rovers left. Brown put a high hanging ball into the Luton penalty area which was met by Tom Lockyer who failed to test Mark Tyler.
With just over five minutes of the first half remaining Rovers had their best chance.
Daniel Leadbitter beat his man for pace on the right, drilled a low hard cross into the Hatters area and Lee Brown struck his shot low but forced a fantastic save from Mark Tyler.
Rovers showed the same attacking intent at the start of the second half as Ellis Harrison tried a snapshot from the edge of the area which was deflected behind. From that corner Chris Lines delivery fell to Jermaine Easter who saw his effort blocked heroically before Mark Tyler was able to gather the loose ball.
Ellis Harrison was causing the Luton back line issues and on the hour mark showed incredible strength as he took the ball well on his chest, turned his marker but could only volley wide without troubling Tyler.
With just over 20 minutes of the game remaining Darrell Clarke opted to freshen up his attacking line as Matty Taylor replaced Jermaine Easter trying to find that all important opening goal.
Taylor was involved in the action almost straight away as he was bundled to the ground just outside the Luton penalty box by Scott Cuthbert however Chris Lines failed to test Tyler from the set piece.
Moments later Chris Lines was presented with a basically identical opportunity as Ellis Harrison was fouled but again didn't hit the target.
Luton had a rare chance right on the stroke of full time as Stephen O'Donnell's corner was headed well over by Hatters skipper McNulty.
Deep into injury time Rovers snatched all three points.
The ball was played into Matty Taylor who held off his man fantastically before playing the killer ball into Stuart Sinclair. Sinclair took a touch to compose himself before clinically finishing past Mark Tyler.
Up next for Rovers is the visit of Barnet to the Memorial Stadium on Saturday.
