Case will be heard in Bristol
The Club has been notified that the Judicial Review into the planning permisson granted to Sainsbury's for the Memorial Stadium site is to be held on the 13 March 2014. It is scheduled to be heard over one and a half days.
We are very disappointed in this delay but despite the requests of TRASHorfield Ltd, it is to be held in Bristol.
