GLOUCESTER CITY CUP TIE AT THE MEM TOMORROW

20 October 2014

Rovers take on Gloucester City at the Memorial Stadium in the first round of the Gloucester FA Senior Challenge Cup tomorrow night (KO 7.30pm).

Manager Darrell Clarke will field a mix of first team players, first year pros and members of our U-18 side

Mark McChrystal, Will Puddy, Ellis Harrison and Jamie White are likely to feature, though the final starting lineup won’t be known until tomorrow.

Pierce Mitchell and Jamie Lucas are unable to play as their loan agreement prevents them playing in a competitive match.

Rovers face Gloucester for the second time in a matter of months, having beaten them 4-3 at Whaddon Road in a pre-season friendly in July.

The winners of tomorrow night’s game have been drawn at home to Cirencester Town in the next round on a date to be arranged.

The only part of the ground open for tomorrow is the West Stand and admission is £3 for Adults and £1 Concessions.
