Dorchester were founder members of the Conference South in 2004, but were relegated to the Southern League at the end of last season after being beset by financial problems.

The Magpies are not strangers to FA Cup glory having a number of good runs in the FA Cup Having met Norwich City, Queens Park Rangers, Port Vale and most recently Plymouth Argyle where now Bristol Rovers player Jake Gosling scored the winner for Dorchester to eliminate Plymouth from the competition.

Darrell’s View: “Dorchester have had a good cup run a few years ago where they beat Plymouth but they’re a good non-league club.

“I went to watch them myself Tuesday night and they have got some players that can hurt you on the day.

“We take each game as it comes and Dorchester are another difficult test and their lads are going to be really up for it but for me it is about us and if we are on our game then we will go through."

Team News: Daniel Leadbitter serves the first match of his three game suspention following his red card against Forest Green last weekend.

Last Meeting: This will be the first time that these sides have met in a competitive fixture with both sides meeting in pre-season action most recently in 1993.
