Take a look back at some of the stories you may have missed this week from the Mem!

Poppy Shirt auction earns more than £1,000 for charity

Earlier this week we announced that Rovers fan Kevin Sansom won our auction for the signed poppy shirt.

The club auctioned off a match worn shirt Stuart Sinclair shirt, signed by the whole squad with the proceeds going directly to the Royal British Legion.

Kevin won the auction with a staggering bid of £1,272!

Fans will be able to pay on the day at the Mem on Sunday, as Rovers host Barrow A.F.C in the second round of the Emirates FA Cup.

Tickets for the fixture start at just £10 for adults and £5 for concessions.

In this exclusive interview with GasPlayer, striker Matty Taylor gives his thought's ahead of our second round tie and details how he wants help to fire Rovers into the third round of the competition.

Forty Poems about Bristol Rovers, football and life itself. Dr Scumbrum’s Poems have featured in the Bristol Rovers Matchday Programme, The Pirate, for over a year.

Now, by popular demand,  they have been compiled into one little book by Rovers, who not only try to play cultured football, but also try to bring culture to their programme and supporters.

Available from 2nd December for just £5.99, in store at the Club Shop, via brfcdirect.co.uk, the Children’s Hospice South West or Tangent Publishing.

Donations are still being collected in the Club Shop for the Easton Salvation Army.

Bristol Rovers Football Club, Bristol Rovers Community Trust and Bristol Rovers Supporters Club have teamed up to hold a collection throughout November and December to help Bristol Easton Salvation Army as they approach Christmas, which is the busiest time of the year for the charity.

The deadline for donations will be Saturday 10th December, with members of the Rovers first-team assisting in delivering the donations to the Salvation Army on Monday 12th December.
