PUBLISHED

17:45 17th March 2017

We take a look at quick look at tomorrow's opponents

Team News: Rovers are without defender Peter Hartley, who remains sidelined with a long-term injury and Stuart Sinclair who will miss the game through suspension.

Darrell’s View: “We will be looking to bounce back from a disappointing result against Bury on Tuesday.

”They [Chesterfield] have changed everything since we played them last so it will be a completely different test to back in November but we will be looking to get all three points".

Opposition: This weekend's opponents Chesterfield currently sit in 23rd position in the SkyBet League One table with 33 points from their 38 games so far this season. The Spirites have potentially turned a corner recently picking up five points from their last four games including a 3-3 draw with Peterborough last time out.

#12 - Sylvan Ebanks-Blake - Striker

The journeyman striker joined Chesterfield in the summer of 2015 following his release from Preston North End.

Ebanks-Blake joined Shrewsbury Town on a half-season loan on 31 August 2016. Making just seven first-team appearances without scoring during his loan period.

The former Wolverhampton Wanderers man has been back in the Spireites side recently, scoring the opening goal in their 3-3 draw with Peterborough on Tuesday.

Last Time Out: Rovers were on the end of a 3-2 defeat back in November as two goals from Jay O'Shea fired Darrell Clarke's men to a second successive defeat.

Tickets: Supporters will be able to pay on the day at Saturday's game.

Betting: Bristol Rovers lost their first game since January 21 last time out with a 3-0 reverse at Bury and they are odds-on at 3/5 with Sky Bet to bounce back immediately at home to Chesterfield.

The Spireites have been held to a draw in their last two outings and another here is 29/10. The away victory can be supported at 19/4.
